It's easy to add event(s) to the calendar. Simply send an email letting us know on which state calendar the event should appear along with the shoot date, club's name, club's city, and event's name.

Any changes, simply send an email with the updated change (i.e., date change, cancellation, weather update, name change, etc.) We must keep the calendars accurate and up-to-date.

A "Flyer Page" is a webpage full of information about the event such as dates, fees, directions, contact info, etc.

Do you already have a webpage with the info on it? Then we can link to that webpage

Make a forum post on the General Forum and I will link the calendar listing to the forum post.
